Melia Orlando Celebration Hotel, Celebration

The hotel offers a spacious, comfortable suite that meets vacation needs, especially for families. Its proximity to Disney and local restaurants is a big plus, and there are fun activities for kids. Unfortunately, the service experience fell short, with delays and issues when contacting staff. Overall, it's a decent stay, but the service definitely needs improvement.

I had a problematic stay at the hotel despite some positive aspects. The room was spacious and set up well for a family, but I encountered significant issues with cleanliness and maintenance. The location was convenient for visiting nearby attractions, but the poor service experience certainly overshadowed the positives. Overall, it wasn't the relaxing vacation we hoped for due to the ant infestation and lack of helpful staff.

My stay at Melia was a mixed bag. I encountered some major issues with my reservation, which caused a lot of stress, especially with a toddler in tow. On the flip side, the rooms were lovely, and the staff, particularly Aryelit, provided some great experiences during our stay. Overall, while the initial booking issues were frustrating, the accommodations and service helped to redeem my experience.

However, we ran into several billing issues, and the hard beds made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. The kitchen in our suite was handy for making meals, but some utensils were lacking. The hot tub also had too much chlorine, which was disappointing.
